IBM Verse and Traveler - cannot login

  • Category: Notes Traveler

I'm running:
  • Domino Server 9.0.1FP4 on Windows Server 2008 R2
  • Traveler 9.0.1.6

And have correctly installed the SSL keyfile using the kyrtool.exe and verified the cert is valid for IBM Verse.

I've run up the iPad and iPhone Verse app and when entering my username, password and on-premise server details, I get:

Account setup incomplete.

The Traveler server is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

OK

The same iPad and iPhone have the Traveler sync profiles installed and are correctly sending and receiving emails, syncing calendars, contacts, etc and have done so for a very long time.

Anyone else had this issue? Or know how I can find out more info, or debug this some more?

Thanks in advance

Cannot log in

Did you try entering the server address as the following as I think I had the same issue.

https:\\serveraddress.myserver.com

All working ... erm, not sure how!

Hi Robert

Well, thanks for the reply .... but i'm all working and I'm not really sure how :-)  It may be related to the NAB design update from the Verse fix stuff ... or something else, I'm not too sure! :-)

Still not working

I am not sure why this worked once and then never again.

I am back to the first message I posted here - currently available message, from any device.

Can anyone help?
